Show API response code after a forms submittted

Overview: User submits a form on our website. The form data is sent via an XML post to an API using CURL. The API sends back a response code (see attached PDF for response codes). **The form data submitted, already goes to a MySQL database. Everything is working currently. I know the form posts successfully as a 200 response. But you are receiving the API response code according to the PDF. Project: 1) You will create a stand alone .php file that shows the response from the API whenever the form is submitted. (open the PDF go to page 5 and read under XML response format. 2) You will show each api response code next to each contact row in the MySQL DB that is submitted from the form. You'll create a new column called 'DLRCodes' for these.
