SETUP POS FOR FLORIST / GIFT STORE

Hi, If you have experience setting up florist / gift store you will know that this is not a normal store. Im needing the following as absolute have to haves: - Customer Billing must have the ability to send flowers / gift to and seperate delivery address for recipient. - Billing customer must be able to choose delivery date. (ie family birthdays, anniversary, ) - a Database of billing customers special dates must be recorded for reminders to them to order gifts or flowers. - delivery charges must vary according to postal code - delivery charges must change according to number of days notice, ie: same day delivery must cost more than next day delivery. -ability to link deliveries to courier company (the courier guy) -customer loyalty program - I must be able to market customers via marketing campaign using email and whatsapp promotions. -POS set-up for brick and mortar store -POS inventory control and bill of materials -POS account management for monthly customers paying at month end -POS and Website orders to be printed out with order description and BOM. -Delivery sheets made available digitally for drivers, live recipient signing - POS cost and margin per product /department / category -Delivery tracking, live delivery confirmation to customer placing order. (ie: once gift/flowers are delivered confirmation must be sent to billing address.) - Print massages and delivery details on cards for gift / flower delivery -payment request sent to billing customer via email/whatsapp for telephonic orders with the ability to complete delivery address and special message to be included in a gift. - Daily and monthly reporting on POS - Facebook and Google integration for advertising and marketing. -SEO -Customer log in according to wholesale / corporate / loyalty discount. -The ability to choose which products are live on the the website and those that are only available in-store. I have a CSV file with all my products in stock according to: PLU code, Product Description, Supplier, cost price, selling price, category, dept, sub dept.
