Sap Inventory Integration with ecommerce

I need to alter inventory in SAPB1 when a user buy something online. It maybe uses B1WS or SAP Abap or both. Maybe the customer has some UDF. At this moment i'm not sure.

I want your suggestion to solve the connexion with a laravel php app. Maybe you have experience. Put in your bid how much time it would take for you.
