PHP web-crawler script

I need a PHP script that can crawl search engines and other websites to identify websites that are hacked and/or have error notifications. The script will write the domain name and page url in a MySQL table. Nothing fancy, no need for control panel or other features... you just need to identify a way of doing this ... and.. it just needs to work. In the end we will have a database with hacked websites and websites that have errors/notifications (php warning/notifications). The script purpose is to search and crawl search engines and other source you might consider and identify websites with problems. We don't have a fixed budget, we need a reasonable price and we don't need something fancy.
