PHP Script or Coding to Pass Form Data from 1 Site to Another Site

I need help / development of a script to accomplish the following: 1) I am helping to build a new Wordpress based front-end website for our client and 90% of the pages have a Contact 7 form for visitors to sign-up for a 30-Day free trial.-- see the site on our development server (form is near the bottom) of most pages here at [login to view URL] 2) When a visitor completes the form and clicks the blue "Get 30-Day Free Trial" form, I need the data from the Contact 7 form to transfer to the webpage for the actual platform account sign-up and creation: [login to view URL] 3) *NOTE: The Contact 7 form has the following fields: Full Name, Company Name, and Email Address ---- and I only need to pass the Company Name and Email address to the form on [login to view URL] *Company Name on the Contact form = Business Name on the target site; so if it would be better for me to change "Company Name" to "Business Name" on the Contact 7 form, I can do that. 4) Writing scripts is not my specialty; however, I believe that what I'm trying to accomplish can be done via a PHP script. Also, I need to know if the script needs to be installed on the Wordpress end and the target site's end as well. - Please advise. Thank you in advance for your assistance, Stacie
