Php Mail List ( to email all the website members)

I have a dating website. But some features are missing. The Job: 1- I want to send direct emails ,to all of my member's email addresses,from the site's control [login to view URL] i want an option, to email all woman users or all men users. 2- In my site users can ,send messages ,to an other user's message box.I want an option, for users, to send messages to all of the men /women users, with just one click,AT ONCE. 3- When a new user signs in. A password is sent automatic to the new user's email address. But the password is very complicated and it is sensitive to big and small leters(aT8iI),so the users are facing problems while writing their password.I want this complicated letters to be changed, with simple letters or numbers.e.g( 35363) or (AGD636) The web site is live with 400 real members [login to view URL] please first take a look at the site, if this job can be done correctly.
