Need a virtual avatar human like appearance

Need a virtual avatar that appears more human like to appear in a new app that is currently being developed. The app will be used for accounting but we want the image to be exciting, have swagger and preferably a female image but still professional. The mouth must be able to move and their will be help pages in which speaking/mouth movement is a must. I have no files or idea's at hand and need patience from the successful bidder!
