Need help with Magento Product import file

We need some help in fixing the import file for 14 products. We are trying to import in our magento store, pictures from a external location: ex [login to view URL] The verification of the file is ok, only when we proceed to import the product details we get the bellow error:

1. Imported resource (image) could not be downloaded from external resource due to timeout or access permissions in row(s): 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10
A person with experience in solving this problem would be awarded. Need this done today.
