Need an EXPERT with Buddypress + GeoMyWP + Search Queries

We have a project that is nearly complete but needs some deep modifications in some of the code to link up user fields and some form-based customizations between users. We have tried 5 freelancers for this project and all have been a let down because they know a LITTLE bit about buddypress and sql and talked a good game to convince us to hire them. We do not have time for someone to figure things out and make the changes, we need someone experienced with all of this to help out. Forgive us for being skeptical but we need you to tell us WHY we should consider you for the job. If this job works out there will be more, we need to find the right person and are having terrible luck. Modifications such as needing to rename a buddypress element such as "Friends" to be "Potential Customers". Automatically adding users from a specific user role to a buddypress group, etc. We require someone who is experience and quick at these jobs Payment will be based on how much you can accomplish.
