You requirement is very simple but execution requires more work. Like you want to cache the result for x min then we have to store that in DB and change your script to display results from DB and on expiration get data from Google. I can do that with my experience or maybe shortest way is to enable caching but it depends on your script. So let's look at that and fix your problem.
