Hello, Your problem could be solved using magmi. All you have to do is store the data in CSV according to magmi format and we can set a cron job using magmi and it will be automatically updated to your magento. Let me know, I shall help you in doing this work

Hi I've worked with product import automatization in Magento creating custom modules to accomplish those tasks, using csv files for in this case I presume are tsv files.
