Import Values from Excel thru PHPEXCEL to MYSQL -- 2

Hello Sir, Straight to your task - why Macro? I can create a small desktop app which will ask you to browse and select a file and upload it to server. I will need a sample stock list and the credentials for a test database if you have one and I would be able to create the macro to upload the data.
