Help with upgrading CubeCart from version 4 to version 6

My current CubeCart is version 4.4.4. I want to upgrade to the latest version 6.x. My site is live and I have several modification to CubeCart which I want to move to version 6.x. These mods involve additional fields added to the MySQL database.
My site is live so all of this must be done without interrupting day to day activities. Once the site is live with the new version, I may want additional mods made.
Please bid only if your have good English language skills as well as CubeCart.
