I am offering more details:
The website is [login to view URL] (on old host)
A copy of it is at [login to view URL] (new host)
You can see that the contact pages in [login to view URL] are broken. It seems that it is related to the php forms being produced in 4.3 and the new host runs 7.3.
Here's what I am asking for:
1- Required: getting the forms on the new host to work as they do now. They write to a mysql DB and send a copy by email.
2- OPTIONAL: Update the site to html 5 instead of the current outdated flash with similar look and feel. Please indicate the cost for this part separately so as to decide if I will want it or not. If I decide to skip this, we will redo the site and you will integrate the php components into it.
3- I need to have everything done before the end of December.
