Google Sheets task list script

I run an apparel design consultancy and we have many projects on the go; I am wanting to create a task list that better manages the tasks between team members across projects.
What I would like to do is create a master task list, and have it link to individual team member task lists. I would like both sheets to sync with one another so that any time a member updates their individual sheet, my master list updates.
Successful candidate should have extensive Google Sheets knowledge
