Fix VPS Linux Errors

Hi, I am getting the following errors on my VPS server:
Apache is showing following errors:
[root@alpha-1-jhb /]# service httpd status

And also when i try start CSF/LFD firewall, i get this error:

You need to restart csf successfully to remove this warning, or delete /etc/csf/[login to view URL]
I am using Centos Web Panel Control Panel..
Also when i go the "Mail Queue Manager" i get this error:
