Fix a small error on a Wordpress site

We need a developer familiar with Wordpress to help fix a small error on the site: [login to view URL] The issue is with a testimonials plugin that came with the theme. There are quotation marks (") appearing at the beginning and the end of the text block however they are in the incorrect position. I need to make them appear correctly as shown in the file attached. Thanks!
