Hi, I am magento certified developer with "Developer Plus" certification having 7.5+years of working experience in web development. I have gone through your requirement, and here is my observation. 1) once customer pays, the order shows pending, n 1 or 2 places shows cancelled? something went wrong, before all working good This is related to payment method, paypal, any recent changes made to paypal? or anything related to order? As order status updates based on paypal IPN we need to use test account to check further. 2) need some guide how to use mail chimp n reset password, as i forgot mailchimp helps you to create template for newsletter or create some marketing emails and send it to multiple user. Also i guess on their site only you would be able to rest your password 3) i also got some tidy up job like in the back office on dashboard, the testing data needs to be cleared If site is live now and its mixed up with test data its very difficult to remove such data, but still we can have a look and figure out mutually. 4) checkout process, need editing and need to remove one shipping method. That could be done. So lets discuss further at your convenience. Thanks
