Excel Macro

I have Time-Clock reports that I export from our field software in excel. I need them formatted so that the two weeks in the pay period are separated and I can easily identify any days missed for each technician. Ideally it would highlight any days that were outside each technician's normal schedule as well as their total hours if it's over or under their normally scheduled range.

And for the other group (installers) the weeks also need to be separated, any days that they did not punch in/out should be inserted and highlighted (because they simply don't show up on the report at all if they do not punch in/out) and the hours need to be broken down in to regular time and anything over 40 hours Sun-Sat needs to be totaled in OT.

Lastly, I need a CSV file generated for the installers that has a simple report of Regular Hours & OT Hours. A Macro that auto-formats these excel files would be ideal.

All of the reports come out of the same system and start out the same, I just need them formatted differently for the two groups of employees.

I've attached a sample of what the time clock reports look like when they're pulled and basically what I need them to look like after formatting (not to a T, but a basic idea) and changed the employee's names for privacy. They're separated in different tabs for the starting report and the needed format. I've also attached the CSV file that I need generated for importing in to our payroll system for the Installers ONLY.
