easy Responsive design template for Joomla

Hello, I need an easy Template for a german joomla website ( responsive Design). THe template should be SEO ready, clean, modern,.... • newest JOOMLA Version (German) • The Css File should be understandable so that i can do some small changes like change the color of the menu if i want... • At the beginning of every page i should have the option to add some kind of menu with links (H2) to the different sections of the content , something like this : [login to view URL] • RICHSNIPPET - stars rating and SOCIAL NET WORK SHARING !! • On the right side possibility to add later some things ( yellow square on my picture), things like "Last Posts" , newsletter,... • Responsive Design for Smartphones and Tablet • you should install the newest joomla and everything needed for the website to be fonctional and look like the design i created •The Menu should be something like this : [login to view URL] ( expanding menu, responsive design) •BLOG • comment fonction ( that i can activate or desactivate on the pages) I created something with photoshop to give you an idea of what i want. Its nothing complicated. It should be clean, SEO ready ( H1 Title, H2..) , responsive and easy to navigate... I know there are similiar designs for free but im looking for a JOOMLA Expert , someone i can contact later if i need some new things added to the website. it would be cool too if you know joombri...
