Drupal 7 & -Commerce development project with custom modules(180+ h)

Hi, Please carefully read through the entire project description in order to apply! By applying, you accept the terms listed in this description. This project scope is around 180h. We're looking for a Drupal 7 developer with knowledge and previous experience in developing a drupal site and drupal modules accordingly to Drupal standards and best practices ("The Drupal way"). Before applying please note that you have previous experience with Drupal 7 and Drupal Commerce development, a general understanding of Drupal modules development, the core API's of Drupal and Drupal commerce as well as how Drupal hooks work. The ideal candidate also has good experience with PHP, semantic HTML5 (w3c standards), CSS3 & SASS and JavaScript & jQuery. In your application please provide your ideas/solutions or answers to the following questions: 1.)* Let's assume you have a logistics tracking&management system within the system. You have different delivery areas as entities containing ZIP codes and a time period for weekdays it applies (for instance with [login to view URL]) Now you need to schedule drivers (user's with a specific role) for each delivery window in each delivery area. Also you need to have the specific delivery window for each delivery area selectable and referable from the order to a field value in a specific delivery area. a.) Please briefly explain your approach/process for the scheduling so every delivery window/slot that has orders associated will have to have a driver. b.) Please explain how you would go about creating a field reference to another contents field value (presumably with a custom field and field widget). 2.)* In Drupal Commerce you have Commerce Customer module that provides you with customer profiles and and customer profile reference field. You also have an address book module which allows for storing and managing of customer profiles of the types shipping & billing. How would you go about creating a custom field widget for the 'customer profile reference' field that would allow you to choose an existing shipping address from a users address book, defaulting to the default one and let you also add a new address only if selected or no values present. 3.) How do you manage 2 Drupal sites with a shared login? Please descripbe the setup process you would go through.) 4.) In Drupal you have multivalue fields where a field can have unlimited values. In the standard content creation you can only add an extra new value 1 at a time, which can be time-consuming. How would you go about providing the capability for adding a x nr. of value fields at a time? (An alternative approach you can describe is allowing for comma separated values to be inserted as separate values. 5.) If you have experience with AJAX in Drupal. How would you go about loading a note creation form or a node display into a modal (or a region) with AJAX? The first 2 questions marked with a " * " are mandatory. The other 3 are for extra credit.
