Django Website - Shipping Method Missing

Fix our Shipping Costs choices ( UPS , Fedex ) Which have disappeared in our new copy of the environment Please see images: Get these fixed and I have more for you. I am looking for a reliable , respectable, time conscience dev. These are test fixes- I have more work. Please see images. Preview of Existing Environment: Is there a better way to connect via Atom where I can see all the folders - see everything , esp the assets folder - or maybe Atom is fine and it needs a refresh )) Need to know where the 'Assets" folder is in our system ( esp ones that are in a Carousel" ) I will need this done in the next 2 days.
