Develop Joomla extension for updates reporting

We're looking for an expert Joomla developer to develop a new extension. We need an extension that can be installed on the websites of all our individual customers and that creates a summary of all the Joomla updates and extension updates we have performed over a certain period of time. For example all updates from last month. This summary should be exported to a PDF and then emailed to the client. Sending the report by email should be possible to do in 2 ways: - Manually by pushing a button "send report" - Automated with a cronjob or something like that (Later we can make it work with a single command send from MyJoomla. That would be the best and most wanted option in future.) Besides the updates, we will also need an extra field to place comments. This way we can send the client an extra explanation if needed. This all needs to work in a component with long term support for Joomla 3.x and Joomla 4. An autoupdate function is also necessary. We're looking for a long term partnership. Please only EXPERT Joomla developers with proven experience. We can discuss the budget as we're willing to invest in a good and solid extension for long term use.
