1. Process a Company
a. I add a company
b. Add directors
c. Rating include, Add a director, his race, his gender and issue BBEEE certificates
d. Two similar certificate are issued, they are the same except in the headings; one will have “certificate’’ as its heading and the other will have “Affidavit” as its heading
e. The rating has 8 levels, highest level is 1 and the lowest is 8
f. If the 100 percent of the company is owned by black, then it is level 1 with the procurement 135%
g. If the 51 percent or more, but less than 100 percent of the company is owned by black, then it is level 2 with the procurement 125%
h. If less than 51 percent of the company is owned by black, then it is level 4, with the procurement 100%
2. A minimum of 5 variety of Certificates

4. Registration is 12 digits

a. ID number in South Africa is 13 digits

6. The certificate numbers
The certificate numbers are in sequence irrespective of the Rating Agency that issue them.
