Requirements Specification I have following requirements: Database for: each animal for health records and daily milk production option to record different activities and able to set reminders for some activities with a control to mark it done and get reminder after certain time. option to run report or set dashboard to see prodiution reports or data about any or all animals. option to record expenses and income and dashboard summary. For retail: • user interface for dairy customers to input their daily product requirements • notifications when customer changes its product requirements • consolidated reports on product demand by different customers in printable format • maintaining product/customer sales history • generation of customer invoices after every 15 days Proposed Solution Both customer and supplier applications will share a centralized cloud based database for synchronizing all data. Customer Side I would like a hybrid (IOS/Android) app for customers. Each customer will be able to maintain its own profile where they can update their profile information and product requirements. Supplier will supply the amount of product entered by customer. For each exception customer had to update its product requirements and these changes will be updated automatically in daily schedule reports. Customer can also see their previous buying history and will be delivered an e-invoice every 15 days. Customer will be able to see its dues are paid or not. Supplier Side a web based interface for backend application. Supplier can print consolidated reports for daily product requirements which can then be given to riders for delivery purposes. An option can be set to only include changes in product requirement before a specific time period (i.e. only updates which are done before 12 am are included in next day’s schedule). After every 15 days consolidated reports about due bill of all customers will be generated and can be given to rider for payment collection. Supplier will be able to update its record regarding payment of different customers.
