custom template for my HYIP lister site

Hi Freelancers,

I am looking for a smart, and capable individual who will help in designing and customizing my own template for GC Hyip lister pro script

NOTE: I have already hired 2 designers that couldn't do what I asked. This was not because I'm asking for some hard stuff, but plainly because they didn't know basic CSS/PHP or anything to complete the customizations..

So I am looking for a PRO! Who knows CSS, and all the website stuff.

Hope to hear from you, and I cannot pay a ton, so if you have big fees, do not apply!

Template must be integrated fully and must be working with all functions

Requirements:

Any platform.

PHP <= 5.4 + Ioncube Loader.

MySQL database.

Installation:

Download the archive.

Upload the files from the archive to your server.

Run the [login to view URL] script and follow the instructions.
