Creating an email template that I can easily send to new customers

Hi, I am looking to create a html email template that I can use to send reviews to our hotel guests after they check out. I am unfamiliar with the best option to do this. I have tried Mailchimp, by creating a campaign, but it was quite tedious to re-send and add new mailing list as I simply want a simple email signature like functionality that I can insert into my Outlook to send to new guests that have checked out. Requirements: - I have attached a basic layout of what I would like it to look like. But I hope you can make it look better and cleaner. - Responsive on mobile devices - ideally, without having to scroll further down, the mobile user can already see the 'review buttons'. - 3 review buttons for Facebook, Google and Tripadvisor. I've attached two different designs. I prefer the blue and orange boxes. If you have another design that works well with the template, I would be glad to see it. - 'Give feedback' link to reply directly back to our email address. - 'Book Now' button leads guest to our online booking page - Book direct with us and save paragraph, make it look nice and easy to read. General comments/questions: - Can I upload your completed work into Outlook as an Email signature? - If not, what is the best and easiest way for me to achieve what I want? - Are the images for the html file hosted somewhere? If so, how long is it hosted for? - Is it possible for you to create a section whereby I can easily add a sentence at the beginning to add a touch a personalization to the message, but still make it look like it's part of the whole design?
