Create a Wordpress Template

We require a skilled designer to create a new skin and front and back end design for a wordpress based website. Our site design needs to be redeveloped so that it does not look and feel like a wordpress site. We have a backend system that does not need to be touched in terms of how our system works. All modifications are to improve the look and feel of the website & system rather than functionality.. This is a 100% cosmetic project so your design skills must be very strong. We require the following to fully redesign our website [login to view URL]: 1. Front end skin must be developed and applied to all pages of the website (approx. 500 pages). The focal point of the front end index page would be an oversized dropdown box with our strapline " Moving house made easy" - I need a (Dropdown). This is to be layered over a high resolution image. See [login to view URL] or [login to view URL] for ideas. 2. All graphic design work such as images and buttons must be included in your quote. You will be required to provide high quality/resolution royalty free images to build the site design. We will provide sketches of ideas we have. We are impressed by big bold designs on websites such as [login to view URL] that are simple and visually attractive and convey well over multiple devices. 3. Our backend system must be redesigned as the current layout does not make it as user friendly as it should be. This is required to be bold and easy to use so that we can convert data we have generated into sales. Ideally we would like to include some kind of instruction tabs/popups in the back end so that users who log in are instructed on what to do, i.e purchase leads etc. Redesigned "Buy this lead" buttons would be required rather than the existing paypal buttons. 4. Our system is designed to auto send emails to our registered users. We require these templates to be redesigned so that they are more visually appealing and tie in with the rest of the website. 5. We require a new logo to be designed as part of the project and implemented throughout the site and email templates. 6. We require that all elements that indicate this is a wordpress site removed and our logo to take prominence where wordpress logos would appear on login pages etc. We need to simplify the login/forgot password facility and make this bolder and more visually appealing. We need to emphasise the login/sign up/forgot password features for service providers. 7. Text content can be extracted from our existing website and used in the new website. 8. We need the login/register as a provider page to be fully redesigned and simplified to a bold design with an oversized dropdown where providers can select register/login & the type of provider i.e estate agent, solicitor etc to be directed to the right page. If you view our site you will see that this does not currently work in terms of layout. Important: The site must be desktop and mobile/tablet compatible. This is of major importance.
