Create a restful API with OAuth2!

I am creating a mobile application, that will use this API. I need a lightweight API that utilizes OAuth2. It has to pass information back and forth securely. The following actions are required: login logout signup (name, email, phone number) update user (name, email, phone, and/or number) activate user by email verification add favorite movies (by name, one or more) get user data by id get users that are within 30miles of current user (using GPS data) send friend request respond to friends request rate user report user Requirements: - the code has to been clean and indented - the code must be commented - No other framework should be used other than OAuth2 - Names of classes and variables need to be self explanatory - classes/names for code and Database should use "_" NOT camelcase (example user_friend NOT userFriend) - The file structure needs to be clean and self explanatory How to post a winning Bid: If you are interested, you must provide me a full list of API calls your api will have.
