We have a wordpress site and we need to add a quiz module. It will be very similar to this one [login to view URL] Main requirements: - Show video from vimeo - When video is completed, show list of questions (multiple choice) - As user answers, they have up to 2(configurable) trials to get the correct answer - when all questions are answered correctly, Ask for name, email address - user will get an email (html email) (BCC to confirgurable email) with link to certificate (page with query string having name and will place that name over a png image in the correct place.
