Configure 2 oscommerce contributions

A)Correctly configure an oscommerce contribution that would allow to automatically select the shipping method based on your shipping country. That way, if the address is: Mexico, shipping is free... Everywhere else in the world, [login to view URL] My website is 2 languages, so if you dont speak spanish, you will have to tell me where in the php files i have to change the captions for it. ---------------------------------------------------------- B) I need to change the caption that says Paypal (as a payment option) to "Credit Card, Debit Card, or Paypal" ---------------------------------------------------------- I know these are very easy things to do, but i do not have the time to sit around and play with these settings, so i rather hire someone to do it.
