For a better understanding, I can picture the scenario such as,
John (Client) came to us to get carer for his elderly mom. so we assign Mary(Carer) to take care of the patient. so as we send mary we had an agreement about weekly payment for the service. So as long as service goes John has to pay us per week a particular amount.
after 2 weeks of work, John wants to replace mary as she seems not suitable for the patient so we assign another carer Jane(replacement carer).
so here is the thing
#we want to record every client's(john) approach to us as a contact profile.
# Each carer will have an individual profile
#In client profile timeline we want to track every change such as the name of carer assigned or the replacement one.
#there will be invoice section which will remind us to collect/pay Client payment/Carer payment.
