Build me a website

Ohk , 1--- so i want to achieve a website where property owners can post there properties for leasing out. There has to be a separate section where Owners can post there properties , i should be in a position to approve,upload,remove or blur out the photos of the properties posted. Note a Google map should be integrated to show the location of the property advertised. 2-- I want a separate section where tenant's or working professionals can scroll photos of rooms, beds or independent villas/flats available in locations of their choices. The per bed or per room cost should be reflected . i Should have this freedom of being able to edit, remove or flash the word (sold/available ) and modify/edit the facilities available in the selected property. like furnished/unfurnished ,fridge, washing-machine, ac, tv ,beds ,functional kitchens etc. I have a one minute animated video as well . which i will like to be added on the home screen along with icons of facebook, youtube, twitter, linked in webpages for the startup company.
