Looking for an experienced Wordpress developer that can create a tool or perhaps a plugin that can basically output random ordered results based on filters and searchable fields selected by the user. For example of the output based on the criteria results in 5 items - these items will have to be randomized order so that each item has an equal opportunity to be on the top of the list. See mock up design for reference and clarity.
Note the outputted results will have buttons that will link to an email and an external website.
The searchable fields be dropdowns
