Build me a online quiz with customizable results

We are a church that offers a class called Growth Track. After the class we would like to guide guests to take a quiz online to see what their giftings are. We began creating it online using WP Quiz plugin but it's not customizable enough when it comes to sharing results. Here is the link to what we've started: [login to view URL]
We would like to be able to share the person who took the quiz their top 3 gifting results at the end of the quiz as well as send a customized email with their results. We would also like an easy way to see who has completed the quiz and their results on the admin side.
There are 7 giftings someone can have total and each gifting needs to have a value so that when someone "agrees" to a certain question, it adds up to reveal the top 3 gifts they scored the highest in.
