Build Business Intelligence Dashboard using PHP WITH TUTORIAL

Kindly assure that:

1. I will pay the full project funds after full delivery, I will not accept any kind of sending partial payments as the project is whole

2. I will expect delivering all the requirements at once

3. Any delays are not acceptable

I want you to deliver the following:

1. The website (Front end user interface dashboard)

2. The backend(from where the admin will insert all data to ETL)

3. Database

4. Tutorial

5. UML diagrams

Tutorial is a step by step (screenshoots) word document that shows the approach of programming the abovementioned deliveries

I want you to create Business Intelligence Dashboards website from where

1. The user will be able to insert KPIs

2. Select his target for each KPI

3. select the measurement of KPI (+ or - percentage, or $ amount)

4. select the KPI chart type represented

5. select the category of each KPI

6. each category contains a set of KPIs or another sub-categories or both

7. each sub-category contains another sub-categories or KPIs or both

When the user visits the main page of the web application, he will see the graphs dashboard of categories (based on calculating means or presenting summaries of KPIs included in the category)

When the user clicks on certain graph, it will show him the details of sub-category and each KPI, which means another dashboard for this specific category

I want UML diagrams of all (Database and website applciation)
