Hi there, Sounds like a fun project to work on. I would code the app in MySQL/PHP (Codeigniter framework). Images would be securely stored and only those having access to the "folder" will be able to view/add photos from/to the folder. I can implement the bulk upload too, either by uploading a zip archive with images, or by allowing one to select multiple files to upload.
