Bring PHP-Nuke Javascript Games to Wordpress as Plugins (with Buddypress integration)

We've got an old PHP-NUKE website. It doesn't work as most of its code is DEPRECATED, so most probably you'll need to download it to run it locally. These games are: 1- La Guerra de los Clanes (RPG custom made game) Users get together in Clans and they create their characters, they develop a map for the game and each Clan and the characters go on missions to win the game. 2- Duelos del Conocimiento (Knowledge duel) One user challenges another user into questions about Tolkien Legendarium, there are moderators (Valar) that deal in case of disagreement between users. 3- La Guerra de las Joyas (Risk kind of game) The typical "Conquer the world" game, just with a "Beleriand" map (The Silmarillion). 4- Test del Buen Saqueador (test -question&options-) A user has to answer questions and make decisions to win the challenge. 5- Ajedrez (Chess) Normal chess between two users. 6- Trivial (Quiz with map and cards) A user plays against the machine, if he answers correctly, he moves Frodo forward to Mount Doom, if he fails, the Nazgul move chasing him from Mordor. It's got different ways to get to Mordor, and basically it's a question-options game with some extras. 7- Taller de Historias (Story workshop) A user starts a story writing one chapter, and it can open it to others to continue it to write another chapter, or leave it closed so only the original author can continue writing next chapters. It's basically a forum-alike section but with long posts and the original author has the priviledge to add other co-authors to the story. 8- Other small games (Hangman, wordsearch puzzle and find pairs) Typical games to spend some time while waiting at other games, or things happening at the website. All these games worked pretty well, not major issues, and no errors, they were all working 100% without problems a year ago. But nobody renewed the code, so as the hosting updated the PHP version, we are unable to use them any more. IMPORTANT.- We've got the layouts of the games ready (photoshop), and need to be added to the wordpress theme (css, php, wordpress, html). The website is now based in Wordpress. All the news sections the users and the forums were dumped from PHP-Nuke to Wordpress. The ideal would be to integrate them in our website as a plugin. Each game, one plugin. The game is pretty much completed, it just needs to update the deprecated functions for new ones valid at current php 7 version. It would be good if we integrate them with Buddypress. So users can choose users to play, from their friends list. We could add them all as one plugin, but it would be better if they are separated plugins, this way if one day we have a problem with one, we can deactivate it, and life continues while we fix it. The users and information that are in the database should be maintained as it is information from real users that continue in our website (the ID from the users is the same one in the phpnuke and wordpress). Knowledge of Spanish will be valuable for the order since some information from the databases is in Spanish and some tips in the code too. Communication can be in Spanish or English. Time zone is GMT+2 I believe the freelancer needs knowledge of PHP, MySQL, CSS, HTML, JavaScript, Wordpress, Buddypress. Most of the coding is done, it needs to be extracted, updated, and matched with Wordpress/Buddypress coding to make it work. Descripcion en ESPAÑOL: Tenemos un PHP-NUKE viejo. Funciona regular ya que no puede ser actualizado a más de 5.3 por la versión de PHP que utiliza. Estos son los juegos: 1.- La Guerra de los Clanes (RPG juego a medida) Los usuarios se juntan en clanes y crean sus personajes, desarrollan un mapa para el juego y cada Clan y sus personajes van a misiones para ganar el juego. 2.- Duelos del Conocimiento (juego entre dos) Un usuario desafía a otro usuario a preguntas sobre el mundo de Tolkien, hay moderadores (Valar) que revisan en caso de no estar de acuerdo. 3.- La Guerra de las Joyas (Risk) El típico juego de conquistar el mundo, sólo que tiene un mapa de "Beleriand" de El SIlmarillion. 4.- Test del Buen Saqueador (test desafío para uno mismo) Un usuario debe responder acertijos y tomar decisiones para ver si es igual de valiente que Bilbo Bolsón. 5.- Ajedrez Ajedrez normal entre dos jugadores, pero con personajes de la Tierra Media. 6.- Trivial (Trivial con mapa y cartas) El usuario juega contra la máquina. Va respondiendo preguntas para que él "Frodo" llegue al Monte del Destino para destruir el Anillo. Pero si responde de manera incorrecta los Nazgûl se mueven para matarlo... 7.- Taller de Historias Un usuario empieza a escribir una historia, un capítulo, y puede abrir la historia para que otros usuarios escriban otros capítulos o dejarla cerrada para que él mismo sea el único escritor. Está basado (programación) en el sistema de foros típico phpbb. 8.- Otros pasatiempos (ahorcado, sopa de letras...) Típicos pasatiempos para pasar el rato. Todos estos juegos funcionan perfectamente en la versión PHP-Nuke:http://eau.cast.reIMPORTANTE.- Para su traslado al nuevo wordpress ([login to view URL]) ya tenemos los diseños realizados, sólo hace falta acabar de maquetarlos para añadirlo al theme existente. Todos los usuarios y contenidos que contienen los juegos en el PHP-Nuke están asociados a IDs de usuario que siguen existiendo en Wordpress. Así que la información de los juegos también debe ser transferida para que los usuarios sigan jugando y mantengan los puntos. Los juegos en PHP-Nuke tienen tablas aparte del PHP-Nuke. En la adaptación a Wordpress, los juegos deberían ser integrados a Buddypress también (listas de amigos, etc). Cada juego debería ser transferido como un plugin. La comunicación puede ser en español o inglés. Mi horario GMT+2 Creo que el freelancer debería tener conocimientos de PHP, MySQL, CSS, HTML, JavaScript, Wordpress, Buddypress. La mayoría del código está bien, necesita ser extraído, actualizado y enlazado con Wordpress/Buddypress para que funcione. Todos los juegos funcionan perfectamente en la web mencionada arriba y se pueden probar.
