I need to forward the msg from Telegram privet channel to my channel. Telegram Bot can not be part of the private channel. If you have any suggestions apart from this, you are most welcome. The only condition is, messages has to be instantly transferred from one channel to other without any delay.

can do this for you. Software developer with 10 years of experience. Have experience with telegram "bot API" and "app API". My idea is to use "app API" to read what user which is member of source chanel is receiving , and then forward it to other channel using "bot API". We will need setup test source-channel and test destination-channel.
