Believe the hype

Hi I am a college student that would love to make an app for my town. It is an events app. I want to be able to post events under categories such as church, parties, and numerous others. I also want to be able to add location to these events. When people click an event, I want three options, one shows the map, two allows you to go to the profile of the host, and three to allow people to rate the event itself (which is optional and can be turned on and off). I also want people be able to favorite or save an event and it sets a reminder on their phone. On the main screen I want it to be more of an advertisement app. Where it shows only advertisements that I post and from there people can click a drop down menu that says events, calendar, map, profiles, saved events. ***The events tab I want users be able to browse or search events with categories including church, parties, gatherings, politics, What's Hot!, What's New! . The what's hot shows the most rated events, and the whats new shows the newly added events *Calendar tab shows all the events listed on that calendar *Map, which shows the area of all events happening on a specific date. **Profiles allows you to browse or search hosts. And on each individual profile I want it to have a profile picture and description. I also want it to show all the events that host is having and the upcoming events and also their total ratings which is just an accumulation of the ratings they received for their events. **Saved Events just show all user saved events and gives them the option to move it.
