Backend Web Server for License integrated with Woocommerce

We need to create a backend server license code integrated with our WooCommerce website and a 'sample' android and Iphone application to test this functionality. At the end, we would need backend server code and android & Iphone sample app. Here are the features: 1) There will be a webserver where as soon as the WooCommerce order/online shopping is done, user will be provided with a license key along with the App download link. (app download link code is in-built in WooCommerce) 2) User will open the download link via email on mobile and will be able to download our App(code exists) 3) Once, user starts the application, he'll be prompted to enter the license number which he would received in the same order email. 4) User will enter the license and will gain access to the application. Notes: a) License Model needs to have secure key generation. Specify the algorithm that'll be used b) Sample apps needs to be created for both Android and IOS to test this functionality c) Web Server should be able to track the license use, device id, lat, long etc. and also, the 'License_isActive' status in a small seperate backend database.
