Adding Features to an existing PHP/Laravel project

I own and manage an IT company and have an inhouse team of web designers and developers. I assign projects to my team while I personally coordinate and communicate. I take up sole responsibility for all deliverables. My team has expertise in PHP and Laravel and we have delivered several projects successfully. I can share references of clients.
