Hello, I am starting a business listing and review website. there are to be 6 membership levels. user-free, stylist-free (employee) , basic salon (employer) mid salon, top salon, franchise. There will be varying amounts of access each type will be allowed. users and stylist wont be able to post listings. stylist wont be able to leave reviews basic salons will not have access to written reviews, only scores. mid will have access to written reviews (hidden from public) top will have a full dashboard giving business owner KPI data about employee performance based on information taken from reviews. Once a business posts there business listing, they will then be able to add their employees, who are signed up under a stylist account. This way they will be listed on the listing page and be available for users to see there specialties, skills and then book them and review them once finished . This will be a linked arrangement, where the stylist and salon owner approve the link. This will pave the way for an alert system to be implemented where if the stylist moves salons, all users who have reviewed that stylist will be alerted when they leave and if they are re-linked to a new salon. I will leave this feature turned off for now, but will need it easily turned in future. So once a user finds a salon they like, they then pick a stylist. from the page they can then book that stylist. Calendar will popup and they can see all available times that the stylist is available. Once a booking is made and service completed, the user has 24hrs to leave that stylist a review. They will be sent alerts keeping them updated of this time left. This will limit the ability for users to leave false or malicious reviews. This calendar will need to be available to both users and to salon owners in their profile dashboard and also send text/email reminders of bookings. The review system will be as follows. When a user wants to review there transaction, they will pick the employee who served them and rate on a scale of 0-100%. they can also leave a written review but these wont be seen by the public. These ratings will then be averaged out to give the Employee an average score of 0-100%. I would also need the ability to add weighting to the employee ratings based on experience. Each of these employee ratings will then be averaged out, and this will form the 0-5 star rating for the business, using a threshold system: 1 star 0-45%, 2 star 45-55%, 3 star 55-65% 4 star 65-80% 5 star 80% and over. for top tier salon members, a dashboard system needs to be created which will take the user reviews data and turn it into key metrics for employee performance information. Since I don`t belive Wordpress has the capability to handle all the tasks above so please apply with your proposal for a custom solution. Regards.
