I just got a new server which I setup. I need help installing ffmpeg/h264 as well as ffmpeg-php (main reason for this job). When i do it, it gives me a ffmpeg not found error within my script. Shouldn't take long, I'm probably making a noob mistake.

I'm on Ubuntu 16 LTS.
Not willing to pay more than budget. This will be a feedback booster if you get it right and should take under 15 min if you know what you are doing.
