Develop a homepage of a website (#200) -- 2

I'm reposting this project. #1 and #3 of the tasks may be halfway done (or roughly done) by someone else but is not competed yet. Those two are the main development tasks, could you take a look and let me know if you can use it or not. Attached image is how it should look after development. -------------------------------------- This is a wordpress theme customization job. I want following tasks to be completed: 1. I want to be able to insert a static html elements on a layer over the home main slider. The elements will stay while the slider underneath is doing its own job. (See the attached image. I want a lantern image and the text block.) 2. I want to have a new secondary menu to be added in the top narrower bar (above the main menu). 3. I want the secondary top bar to show all the time. At the moment, it gets hidden after it hits the top edge. 4. Replace the pin with an original one on the google map. 5. Adjust the way staff messages look so it'll look the same as the mockup. 6. Create a footer part based on the mockup. You must be efficient, fast and precise which means you should be an experienced developer. You need to start the job as soon as the job is awarded.
