I need a developer to develop a system that can upload and read PDF reports, use the information on this PDF and automatically write a new type of report. The PDF will have scales with different scores. The scores must then be linked to rules and based on each scale and its rule, it must then write a new report. The new report will then be saved on the client’s portal that was selected when the analyst loaded the pdf report.

Full explanation will be uploaded in different documents. Please check all specification documents that is uploaded before quoting.
