I have built a prototype website that I need turned into a multi-tenant website. It is a business management tool for graphic design companies. It can create estimates, invoices and projects. It tracks clients, vendors and staff. It tracks design proof images for customer approval and allows for the client to add markup directly to the proof. Each company has a profile page with a coverpage and portfolio. Each user also has profile page. It also has an internal messaging system like Facebook, so users can talk to staff and other members of the site after becoming friends.
