Design augmented reality/3D visualisation website

I need to design and develop and augmented reality website, where a user can select different designs from collection and embed the designs on the screen. What I mean here that, I will select a type of room like bathroom or kitchen from the collection, and select the types of tiles or colour from the collection and upon choosing, the colour or tile will be overlay on the wall without disturbing the objects in room. For example, a bathroom might have basin, toilet, mirror objects already, and when a user select any appropriate tile, depending on the pattern selected like horizontal/vertical, the tiles would be overlay on wall and then the objects will overlaid, this way the user will have an idea of how the bathroom will look with the selection of tiles made, before purchasing. Also, depending on room size, and tile size, the user will be given an estimate of how many tiles he would need to order in square meters, to be put in his new bathroom.
