Data analytics through Wifi

Hi, I am looking to build SaaS software that is basically a data analytics dashboard that gathers it's information from wifi signals. I'm not super technical but I would image that I could have different wifi transmitters to receive the wifi signals and transmit them to the software instantly. Every wifi signal received by each transmitter will be assigned to an appropriate mac ID so we can give people who come through the signal a unique identifier. User Case: - Retail Stores: I could provide them with wifi receivers and a login to the software to access information about how many people walked by the store, how many people came into the store, the average engagement time (time in the store e.g. 2min, 5min etc). Software features: - Fully functional dashboard including analytics information about number of impressions, engagement, avg time p/person in wifi zone, Avg # of visits p/person, avg time it took for a person to come back to store. - Fully adjustable wifi zone from dashboard (radius of wifi signal pickup distance from each transmitter). - The software has to have the ability to give each wifi transmitter a Unique ID. - Every account created in the software can have multiple transmitters feeding data to it. e.g. A store can have 3 or 4 transmitters. - They Can upload floor plans of store and identify position of each transmitter in the store. For example, the store can have 4 transmitters picking up wifi info in different locations in the store. This is useful so they can identify the areas in the store where customers spend there time in the most. - Not sure if this is possible but could we get their demographic information as well? e.g. age, country, gender etc - The store can upload their customer's details - name and phone number - maybe as a CSV file (I'm not sure - you need to provide me with a solution). From this, the store can target their customers as soon as they walk past by sending them a notification to their phone. They can also set different parameters for this e.g. if the customer walks past twice, send a notification the second time they come back. - I want the software to have the ability to integrate with other Saas software. We can provide API documentation to allow 3rd party applications access to certain things. This is to make use of data in a much more meaningful way. For example, if someone wants to integrate their marketing calendar they can easily attach it or provide access to the data using our API e.g. if they are using google calendar we can integrate with google to fetch their calendar info. This will allow the store to see whether a promotion lead to a higher number of people visiting the store, at what time, their demographic, etc.. These are the high level specs. Please come back to me with some detail on how you will help me build this product. Some examples of questions I need answering: - I want details about what wifi transmitter we need to be able to do this. - How do we source it? Are you able to talk to different types of transmitters from the software? - Would you use bootstrap for the dashboard? - What technology is needed to build this product? Thanks,
