Data Scraper Needed

I need a web scraper that takes csv file ad input. Read codes from it or url which ever is available in csv. Go to website and search for code. Once product is found. Scrape product categories and options of products and save data in a csv file. That's all needed. This should be fairly easy task for expert. I need this started right away after award and completed within 4-5 hours of acceptance. Max budget $25. So do not over bid as your bid will be ignored.
